Who is Orbit Hero for?
Sports academies, discipline camps, coaching centres and wellness programs. Coaches set daily drills, students practise at home between classes, and parents see it. Parents can also use the app on their own.
How do we get started?
We set you up. Send us your student list with parent emails, and we create your academy, batches and students. Parents sign up in the app with the same email, and their child is already waiting.
Will my academy’s name and logo show in the app?
Yes. Your academy gets its own tab with your name and logo, plus an accent colour for your sport. Your drills, batches and leaderboard show there.
How much does it cost? Is there a setup fee?
Setup and onboarding are free. We share pricing after a short demo, based on the size of your academy.
Can parents use Orbit Hero without an academy?
Yes. Download the app, add your child, and set your own daily habits and rewards. There is a free plan to get started.
How do rewards work?
Kids earn XP and build a streak for every habit they finish. At home, you choose the reward style: XP to spend on rewards you set, pocket money, or mastery. Parents approve a task before it counts.
Does my child need their own phone?
No. Kids can use a parent’s phone (you lock your side with a PIN), or their own phone with an access key you share. Kids do not have their own accounts.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Add all your children to one parent account and switch between them.
Is my child’s data safe?
We collect only what the app needs to work and we never sell personal information. Kids have no accounts of their own — parents control them. You can delete your account at any time.
Which phones does it work on?
Android (Google Play Store) and iPhone (Apple App Store).
