Remove your data from Orbit Hero

Delete from the App
To delete your account, open the Orbit Hero app, go to Settings, and tap 'Delete Account'.

Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, please email us at support@orbithero.com with the subject line 'Delete Account Request'.
Please send the email from the address associated with your parent account.
We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your parent account and profile
- All child profiles in your family
- All task history, XP, streaks, and rewards
- All badges and achievements
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
