Orbit Hero Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orbit Hero ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including parents, guardians, and children who access the App under parental supervision.

2. Description of Service

Orbit Hero is a Family Routine & Reward Management Tool that helps parents and children build positive habits through gamification. The App allows parents to create tasks, track progress, and reward children with points (XP), badges, and streaks for completing daily responsibilities.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on Orbit Hero, you must be at least 18 years of age and be the parent or legal guardian of any children whose profiles you create within the App.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Supervising your child's use of the App

Children do not create their own accounts. Child profiles are created and managed exclusively by parent account holders.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Orbit Hero only for its intended purpose as a family task management and habit-building tool. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Create accounts using false or misleading information
• Use the App to collect data about other users without consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Children's Use

Orbit Hero is designed for use by families. Children may use the App only under the supervision and consent of their parent or legal guardian.

As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:

• Creating and managing your child's profile
• Ensuring age-appropriate tasks and content
• Monitoring your child's interactions with the App
• Approving or managing reward redemptions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Orbit Hero, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Orbit Hero and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial family use in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including task names, descriptions, and reward names. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you create within the App and must ensure it is appropriate for your family's use.

8. Privacy

Your use of Orbit Hero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your family's information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Orbit Hero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or be error-free
• Defects will be corrected in a specific timeframe
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Data stored in the App will never be lost (we recommend parents keep their own records of important information)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbit Hero and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any interruption or cessation of the service
• Any errors or omissions in the App's content or functionality

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data, including child profiles and associated task history, will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App, its users, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Providing notice within the App for material changes

Continued use of Orbit Hero after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
